Nicholas Cronin Photography | About

I'm a point and shoot photographer with a bit of P,M and S thrown in. I learnt the basics of photography when Eric Clapton's, I Shot The Sherif was top of the charts. I'm fortunate enough to travel and the practicality of shooting digital finally allowed me to let go of my attachment to film. I still own my trusted Canon EOS 1V but rarely use it. I miss the world of the darkroom because there was nothing like experiencing darkroom print "fix".

"It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera....they are made with the eye, heart and head." - Henri Cartier-Bresson
